Please provide a lock code, leave a key, or have someone present to allow entry at the time of service.
Please put away personal items, important documents, and valuables so I can clean efficiently. Surfaces that are 75% cluttered unfortunately can't be cleaned.
Unless specified in your cleaning plan, I don't wash dishes or do laundry. For the kitchen sink to be cleaned, disinfected, and polished, it must be empty.
I love pets and kids! For everyone's safety, please keep pets separated from the room being cleaned, and supervise little ones around freshly mopped floors.
If anyone in the home is feeling unwell, please let me know in advance to reschedule. If I'm under the weather, I'll reschedule and provide a discount for the inconvenience.
If you won't be home during the cleaning, please don't schedule other companies (plumbers, handymen, etc.) at the same time — for safety reasons.
